While Coopers Café (formerly of Aigburth) relocated to the vibrant Baltic Triangle some months ago, we can now confirm they have officially taken over the catering duties for our venue. As the Baltic Triangle’s original conferencing and events centre and social enterprise, partnering with Coopers means we can continue to provide premium corporate catering for meetings and events in Liverpool for our tenants and guests.

Our facilities remain perfect for events of all sizes. We continue to offer comprehensive rooms and services, now complete with excellent catering for meetings, accommodating intimate groups of 2 people right up to major conferences for up to 250 delegates. And in keeping with our mission, we continue to offer a special discount for third sector organisations, making us a fantastic choice for purpose-led events that support the community.

This partnership ensures the food quality our guests expect. We are delighted Coopers has brought their tried and tested classics right here to our venue. The menu includes a selection of their popular sandwiches, ensuring all your lunchtime favourites are still available. And yes—you’ll be happy to know the legendary and much-loved goats cheese tartlets have absolutely been retained!
